325i wont start - EWS/Key. It seems I have a common problem. Sometimes my 2001 BMW 325i wont start. All the lights will come up but it does not start/crank. I took it to the dealership and they say both my keys and the EWS need to be changed. They claim one key does not work at all and the other works sometimes and my EWS has a hard failure.

Tranny works okay but not when under high torque loads. I'd guess you've got a low fluid level. The 06 325s come with the n52 engine. Have my e90 over quarter million miles. Never given me a serious issues once ! I owned a 2006 325i for 5 years and it was the most reliable car I ever owned. Nothing ever went wrong, just the usual consumables as with any car.
