Do all of Nuka-World until you get the raider perks, having a minimum of three raider settlements. Make a crap load of Pick-Me-Up stations. Can do about 35-40 per settlement safely, but even 20-25 would be enough. Save the Minutemen, get Open Season from Preston, kill all the raiders.
