In hip-hop production, a sampled and pitched version of an 808 kick has become a pretty much ubiquitous method for creating powerful, sub-focused basslines. If you want to get specific, this one starts in a breakbeat at 1:06 and doesn't become stereotypical dubstep until the bit about "drop the bass" at 1:18. Rollers isn't a genre, it just refers to a dnb track with the snare on beats two and four and the kick on beats 1 and 3 1/2.
